That was our first sight today. The last is this:
🙂 🙂 🙂
Another phenomenal day of driving (we were in the car more or less 8 hours today) and we loved every minute of it. Scotland is everything we’d hoped for and then some. I shot over 280 photos today (although many are large panoramic shots) through all kinds of weather from glorious sun to freezing rain. I climbed rocks, jumped down cliffs, braved stormy weather armed with a shaky umbrella and walked through dubious soil to get the right angle.
Anyhow… we’re massively thrilled. We wanted landscapes, mountains and something different and we got all of it in spades.
Wow, what wonderful photos. Gorgeous! And what a day. I want your life. 😉
Formidable!
Cool photo! It reminds me one of these trips to Skye I’ve done. I had never seen so many full rainbows in my life, probably 1 rainbow every 5 minutes! And when we reached our shelter there was one of these double rainbow surrounding it!
Rainbows everywhere indeed. It became a running gag on our last day in Scotland that at every moment, if you look all around, you will see a rainbow somewhere!
