Today, as I’m post-producing like crazy, I thought it’d be fun to have a look back at which of my 2010 images were the best sellers compiled from sales results from all agencies representing my work. Looking at the results, it was kind of obvious that all of my top 30 were shots that I did prior to July, so instead, what I’ll present here will be the Top 30 best selling images that I produced during the first half of 2010. Also, to make it less boring, some days I’ll feature more than one whenever the photo has already been featured here. So here goes:
#30 : Farmer in barn with his two dogs
Ok, so he’s not really a farmer – it’s Benoît, my partner, who was helping me to set up the lights in the barn for the real farmer to be photographed later. But he turned out to be late to the shoot so I decided to make a portrait of Ben with our two dogs. It was kind of a miracle to have the dogs sit still (especially the young one to the left) long enough to shoot but also to have them smile at me, all excited, like they’re doing here. I must have have made a short, excited bark to have them look at me that way.

NOTE: Most of the sales on this countdown came from a combination of agencies prior to my becoming exclusive with Istock. Sales over there will not reflect the rankings of this list.
