Here’s a brand new file (shot Monday) from a new series that marks my return to food photography after many long months of shooting lifestyle, landscapes and architecture. It’s a very strange feeling to go from the largest of subjects to come back to one of the smallest. This series was mostly shot using my new 90mm tilt shift lens which gave some very interesting focus effects to a number of shots. It is also a wonderfully sharp lens and I did not find any aberrations. I’m quite the satisfied customer. Ah, and for those wondering how I got so close with that lens, well, it was mounted on an extension tube, one of my favorite accessories ever.
