Stock Photograph – Yellow Poppy against a Blue Background
Just sold this one today and it made me remember how much I love my work on this series, which more or less went totally under the radar. I don’t shoot a lot of flowers (they’re a hard sell), but I had just bought a blue paper roll and used it with the yellow flowers to great effect. I used this background paper a few times afterwards with models and learned that it really hampers sale potential. So it’s now gathering dust…
